Derek was absolutely phenomenal!! He took his time to explain everything that was going on and made sure we understood everything. He was very thorough with the testing and work that was done and I couldn’t be happier! Truly a great guy and would highly recommend to anyone having questions or issues regarding their plumbing. Derek is wonderful! He is professional and very knowledgeable. He explains the entire process and makes sure you understand what needs to be done. I have worked with him a couple of times now. We had a shower issue and leaky pipe that lead to a total water shutoff. Derek was the only plumber willing to come out after hours to help us and get our water back on. He did a great job of talking through what he was doing, and making sure we understood and were good with the work. Would definitely recommend him!

Derek is very knowledgeable about his craft. We are lucky his name was referenced to us after a pipe burst in our house. Not only did he identify the problem and quickly repair it, but he found other issues that contributed to the situation and made the necessary fixes. He explained everything in terms we could understand, and even listened attentively and gave advice for an unrelated problem. If we have any plumbing issues, his number will be the one to call.

Outstanding! I see now why the ratings for this company are so high. Look no further, this company does it all and is the complete package! For two days my husband and I tried to fix the leak and unclog the drain. We finally had to give up and call someone for help. I didn't search any further online after seeing all the great reviews for Signature Plumbing because I had a good feeling about calling them. I was right because Derek came to our rescue and he is a master in his field. On top of that he has great work ethic and knows how to treat people which you don't find alot these days.
